I wrote 'Hail Mary' fairly quickly while staying in the infamous airstream tucked away in Los Angeles. This beat was co-produced by the same two friends who produced my last album, 'Dark Age'. It felt exciting to be working with them again especially with Jordan in the physical form since he came to visit from San Diego. The video came to be when I sent Jake Huber the videographer a google drive full of my finished tracks. He loved 'Hail Mary' and so we began developing a concept for a honky-tonk video. Working with Jake was a dream come true and the amount of professionalism and detail he brings to a shoot was very inspiring to be a part of. Can you catch all of the Hail Mary references in this song? I believe there are three.
