I wrote this song at a point in my life when I really felt like shit and had no intention of doing anything to better my situation. Sometimes we stay in a bad place because we are “comfortable” and it seems less daunting than the unknown that comes with starting over or trying something new. If you don’t like your life you can change it and I hope you never forget that.
